Reservations for City Shelters and VFW Hall.
Guidelines for reservations. All reservations are first come, first serve.
Shelters and tables:
South Shelter, by playground and North Shelter.
The shelters and tables are cleaned prior to the Independence Day Celebration by volunteers. Volunteers willing of their time also will occasionally clean throughout the year. Your efforts in keeping them presentable for the next group, including trash (blue containers by the parking area) are very valuable to our efforts. We truly thank you for your efforts in keeping our shelters and parks clean!
Randolph City & VFW Hall:
There is a $50 reservation fee for use of the Hall. Use of alcohol requires a $100 deposit. You will receive a key prior to your event by coordinating with Tamie or Janie (phone # below). With use of the building, you are required to sweep, mop if necessary, take all trash with you as the building does not have trash service. Please leave the building better than you found it. Again, you will need to coordinate with Tamie or Janie by returning the key after your event (at which time with inspection (alcohol deposit) would be returned).
Your name, phone number and email are required to reserve online.
To request reservations for a shelter in the park, tables from a shelter, or the VFW Hall, please use the following website.
If you don't have a phone or email address, please contact Tamie Redding at 785-565-8019 or Janie Dunstan at 785-410-470 and they can make the reservation for you.
If you questions or other concerns about reserving, don't hesitate to call.
